While there are tons of Apps to use and cheap membership options, I decided to focus on Youtube for this post #free. I plan on doing a roundup of my favorite apps to use, but for now I wanted to begin with a short lift of Free Workouts To Try Today.
I have done each of these classes 5+ times since being home, they never get old!
45-Minute No Equipment Barre Workout That Fuses Cardio + Toning
I have tried all of Sarah’s workouts on her channel and enjoy all of them. I went through a phase of boxing so I really enjoy Sarahs Cardio Boxing.
The bodyweight + HIIT at home exercises are best for being home w/o equipment.
They zoom by and can be done between meetings if you’re at home.
Holly’s arm workout w/o weights is a killer. She also has so many short workouts and lots of 10 minute fat burning exercises.
I will be sure to do another post on my favorite workout apps but for now you have a short list of free workouts to try today.
